Our mascot, Bentley (so named because Lainee vetoed (Rolls) Royce), is a hit at every market! Unfortunately, he's one of a kind and not for sale.
Our Story
Lainee is a lifelong foodie, and has been a hobby baker for years. During ice-pocalypse 2026, she made a batch of cinnamon rolls that changed everything!

Founder, baker, flavor developer, culinary scientist, market scheduler, ingredient investigator, decor designer.
Lainee has been dreaming of her own business for years, and in 2026 she decided it was time to make it happen.
Meet Maeghan (they/them)
